Another milestone was reached when the final pilings of the marina bulkhead's outer perimeter were completed last month. Several residences are scheduled for completion by the end of March along with Building C and D in the Marina Village. The marina itself will be open, with all services in place, by April. The main restaurant/lobby/meeting space as well as the main pool are still on target for completion in July. Construction drawings for the Spa and Health Club are scheduled for completion this month and the construction completion is scheduled for the fall. At that time, we are planning a rolling opening for owners to visit their newest luxury property!
